About
Hi, I'm Sarah, and I've spent 20 years building the systems that make growth happen.
For 20 years I've turned marketing into systems: the funnels, paid-media programs, CRM, and lifecycle work that make growth repeatable instead of lucky. And I stay close enough to build it myself, not just diagram it.
That instinct comes from two places. My mom was an artist who sold at craft fairs; my dad was in software sales. Art and systems, in the same house from the start, and I inherited both.
Now I connect the dots between teams, technology, funnels, data, and customer experience so growth becomes easier to understand, measure, and scale. Trends change. Platforms shift. But the most valuable thing you can bring to a project is the truest version of yourself.

Problem
Launch a digital-products brand in one of the most crowded, price-competitive markets online, from a home studio, in 2018.
Approach
Ran it like a growth engine: SEO’d every listing, kept a 4,000+ design production cadence, built tiered commercial licensing, and drove retention with bundles, reviews, and repeat buyers. Brand, funnel, and journey, end to end.
Result
200,000+ design uses as an invite-only Cricut Contributing Artist, on tens of thousands of sales across two shops.

Education
A 400% enrollment engine.
Problem
Inherit a manual, in-person admissions process at a beauty school, then keep it growing when COVID forced everything virtual.
Approach
Rebuilt admissions into a full-funnel acquisition engine: high-converting landing pages and inquiry forms, CRM workflows, automation sequences, and lifecycle email, and led the shift from fully in-person to fully virtual.
Result
400% enrollment YoY plus 100% growth in student-salon revenue.

Problem
Own customer acquisition across paid media, e-commerce, and digital at a technology and permanent-memory platform.
Approach
Built and launched Google Shopping and Meta Shopping end to end, ran structured growth experiments, supported the Salesforce Marketing Cloud rollout and CRM strategy, and built executive dashboards that turned scattered data into decisions.
Result
+31% new D2C clients YTD and +33% direct D2C revenue YTD (+38% YoY in May).

Rise4 · Digital Marketing Specialist
Healthcare
Performance lead-gen in a regulated industry.
Problem
Run paid media and lead-gen for 40 to 50 healthcare organizations nationwide, in front of clients every day, where every word has to clear compliance.
Approach
Designed the paid-media creative myself, rebuilt underperforming accounts from the ground up, built custom landing pages per clinic, and owned targeting, keywords, budget pacing, and continuous A/B testing.
Result
40–50 clinics scaled with higher lead quality and more bookings, every asset compliant.

Active Interest Media (Fine Homebuilding) · Marketing Coordinator

Big-brand partnerships, beyond the ad buy.
Problem
Turn corporate ad buys into integrated programs across the Fine Homebuilding division, reporting straight to sales.
Approach
Managed paid media for 20+ brand partners, often 10–15 campaigns live at once across Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok, plus the webinars, whitepapers, custom video, and sponsored-content programs around them, for partners like Loctite, GE, Trex, and Weyerhaeuser.
Result
Rebuilt the 50+ page media kit from scratch in InDesign Beta when no editable source files could be found, shipping the full advertiser asset set ahead of schedule, the backbone every sponsorship sold from.
I speak both sales and creative, which is how an ad buy becomes a partnership that renews.
